Top 10 Ways Cedarwood Can Assist with Your Case
1. Review police reports and discovery in the case, including witness lists (background on any civilian witness) and audio or video evidence (911 calls, Body Worn Camera (BWC) Video, Dashcam video etc)
2. Go to to the location of incident to measure and photograph. Check for surveillance cameras in the area that may have recorded the incident, arrest and or facts leading up to the incident/arrest.
3. Perform internet and social media (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram) investigations to find helpful information about victims or witnesses that can be used to impeach.
4. Read the statute/law that is charged and help determine the elements of the crime(s) charged, if intent is an issue, and what the prosecutor must prove.
